Based on your recent newspost, working on 9-lives exclusively and not having time for aftermath seems to be bothering you a lot... while what I would suggest doing is the sort of thing that would anger some fans, it's better than you burning yourself out, I think.
My suggestion would be to alternate weeks, make a 9-lives comic one week, and an aftermath comic the next. This will slow down the rate the comics advance, but it will allow you to work on both without having to do more than a full comic page a week.

i know its theasly possible to do both, but with my depression it kinda slows me down (i am trying to sort it by going to group therephy and such) really i just need to shake myself up and im just hoping Zumi going to Uni will help with that.
Though if no luck in that i may do that suggestion and slowly build to both a week afterwards, ill just have to see how things go, thanks for the suggestion it maybe one of the ways to sort this out

Aftermath is a project that requires both our input to work though and with uni coming up i hope i have time to tone the pages and stuff...
just a note - tomorrow will 100% be a VERY late update. I will be at uni for a long period of time tomorrow and will likly be busy when i get back for a while... so tomorrow will be the latest update yet (minus that one day late i accidentally pulled a while back)

While it is possible to do two full-page comics a week, I think it's the sort of thing you do when your speed has improved from doing comics for quite a while... It's up to you, though, of course. The reason that I made the suggestion was that from the way you were talking in that news post, it sounds like you're caught in a vicious circle where you're getting depressed because you're not getting further in Aftermath and said depression is also stopping you from doing it.

depression is on going sadly, my group therphy got canceld but this time its not depression holding me back this week.. ive gotten terribly sick i have a fever/bad througt head nose.. after i get better (hopefully should be next week) ill try my best to get back to work, ill start with my comfy shoes of 9-lives and go from there.
so theres most likely no update *sob* which im terribly going to be sorry about but after that im detirmind to get back on the rails.. anyway im going to get more yucky lemon tea for my througt, this will all be in mondays post i assume anyways, just a heads up
